SP5 platform, 12-channel DDR5

Every EPYC box we rack is socket SP5 with 12 memory channels per socket at DDR5-4800. Memory bandwidth is what separates these from our Xeon fleet.

Up to 24 NVMe bays

128 PCIe 5.0 lanes per socket means NVMe hangs off the CPU directly — no expander, no shared HBA bottleneck. RAID, ZFS or pass-through.

1 to 200 Gbps symmetric

Pick the port with the box. Unmetered, symmetric, no overage, no burst billing. 100 and 200 Gbps available on the 9554 and 9754.

1 Tbps DDoS included

Always-on volumetric scrubbing on our own AS60982, free on every EPYC server. Layer 7 filtering optional.

03 · Picking a generation

Genoa for clock. Bergamo for density.

Both are Zen 4 on socket SP5, so the platform — memory channels, PCIe generation, NVMe topology — is identical. The core design is what differs, and it decides which one is cheaper per unit of your work.

Genoa (9254, 9554)

Full Zen 4 cores with the larger L3 slice and the higher sustained clock — 2.9 GHz base on the 9254, 3.1 GHz on the 9554. This is the right silicon for Postgres and MySQL primaries, game servers, single-threaded batch jobs, hypervisor hosts selling vCPU by the core, and anything where p99 latency is the metric your users feel.

Bergamo (9754)

Zen 4c trades peak clock for core count: 128 cores per socket, 256 in the dual configuration, at a 2.25 GHz base. When your workload is many independent, modest processes — containers, CI runners, per-PR preview environments, web front ends, scrape and render farms — density wins and the cost per concurrent job drops well below a Genoa box.

Which AMD EPYC generation do you stock?
Genoa (Zen 4, 9004 series) on the 9254 and 9554, and Bergamo (Zen 4c) on the 9754. All are socket SP5 with 12-channel DDR5-4800 and PCIe 5.0. Ask us for anything outside the stock list — non-stock CPUs are a 24-48 h custom build.

Take EPYC when you need memory bandwidth, PCIe lanes or core density — databases, virtualization, CI fleets, NVMe-heavy storage nodes. Our dual Xeon E5 and Gold boxes start at €209/mo and still make sense for steady, modest workloads where the budget matters more than the bandwidth.

Yes — full root, IPMI access, any OS or hypervisor you want, no panel and no mandatory agent. We keep the network, power and hardware healthy; the operating system is yours.

Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, Marseille, Milano, Madrid, Vienna, Bucharest, Sofia, Warsaw and Istanbul in Europe, plus Ashburn in the US. All EU racks sit under EU jurisdiction on our own AS60982.
