How does VPS hourly billing work, and can I switch to monthly?
You choose at checkout. Monthly plans start at €4/mo and bill on a fixed cycle. Hourly mode meters whole hours — a started hour is billed as a full hour — is invoiced at the end of the month, and starts from €0.0056/hr. You can switch a server between modes from the panel without rebuilding.

How long does it take to deploy a VPS?
Median deploy time over the last 30 days was 47 seconds, p99 under 90. The clock starts at payment confirmation and ends when sshd accepts a key. We pre-image templates so there's no install-from-ISO step.

Can I resize or upgrade my VPS without losing data?
Yes. Vertical scale (RAM, vCPU, disk) takes about 60 s of downtime — we hot-migrate the volume and reboot the guest. Horizontal scale to dedicated metal is supported via a one-shot disk image dump.

Is the VPS network really unmetered?
Traffic is unmetered — no monthly transfer quota and no overage line-item, ever. Throughput is shaped per shape, symmetric in and out: 100 Mbps on VPS I, then 140, 180, 220, 260 and 300 Mbps up to VPS VI. Streaming shapes carry no per-VM ceiling at all. Those ceilings are burst rates on a shared node uplink — the node's 1 Gbps port is shared between the VPS on it, not reserved per VM. Outbound to peered networks (DE-CIX, AMS-IX, LINX) is on our backbone — you're not paying transit.

Does the VPS include an IPv4 address, and does it cost extra?
Every VPS comes with one dedicated static IPv4 address and native IPv6, both free — the price you see is the price with IP included, unlike providers that now bill IPv4 per address per hour. The IPv4 is yours alone for the life of the server, not shared or NAT-ed, and you can request custom reverse DNS (PTR) on it. Additional IPv4 addresses are available on request, and you can announce your own space via BYOIP.

Is a pay-per-hour VPS more expensive than monthly?
No. Hourly meters whole hours and stops at a monthly cap of 720 hours, so a server left up all month bills the cap rather than all 730 hours — within a cent or two of the monthly price, never the full difference. The cap is calculated from your own hourly rate, so a datacentre surcharge is capped along with it. Short-lived boxes (CI runners, tests, staging) come out far cheaper hourly. Switch a server between modes in the panel without rebuilding.

Can I run Windows Server on an hourly VPS?
Not on a VPS — the VPS image library is Linux and FreeBSD only: Debian 10–13, Ubuntu 18.04–26.04 LTS, Rocky, AlmaLinux, Oracle, CentOS Stream, Fedora, openSUSE, Arch and FreeBSD. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 are available on our dedicated servers instead.
