How does VPS hourly billing work, and can I switch to monthly?
You choose at checkout. Monthly plans start at €4/mo and bill on a fixed cycle. Hourly mode is metered to the second, billed at the end of the month, and starts from €0.006/hr. You can switch a server between modes from the panel without rebuilding.

How long does it take to deploy a VPS?
